Cheese 101

Certified cheese professional Meredith Meder guides us through conversation and cheese tasting about different milk types, cheese styles and how to buy, cut and store cheeses. This class is ideal for a novice or if you just love cheese! Registration and deposit required.  Registration and a $5 cash deposit is required to reserve your spot. Deposits will be returned at the end of the program. Cancellations received fewer than five days in advance will not receive a refund of the deposit.
