Race and Trauma: Supporting Families - Mental Health Awareness Month Series

This evidence-based program will discuss racial trauma and its impact on families. Here we will define and understand the various types of trauma and their effects on the family structure and discuss resilience, coping strategies, and resources.

This program is part one in a series of three programs in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month (May 1-31).
