Ring in the New Year

Gail Morales will lead us through a multisensory program featuring guided meditation and a sound bath that will help us let go of actions and feelings that plagued us during 2023. The workshop ends with the sweet sounds from a frame drum, flute, and crystal bowls as we welcome 2024 with fresh intentions.
