Access to Care Information Table

Please drop in to hear about Access to Care and their services. Access to Care is a non-profit primary health care program for residence of Suburban Cook County who are lower-income, uninsured, and underinsured. Since 1988 the organization has provided eligible community members with benefits such as $5 copays for many services, benefits for lab tests and prescriptions, and counseling and vaccination services. A representative will be here to explain benefits and eligibility.
