Naloxone Training

Did you know that Naloxone can stop an opioid overdose? Did you know that in Illinois anyone can carry Naloxone, without a prescription? Join Almost Home, a local non-profit organization, and a local Jewel-Osco pharmacist to hear how to recognize an overdose, how to get Naloxone, and how to administer Naloxone to someone experiencing an overdose. Attendees will also get a free dose of Naloxone, provided by Almost Home. This program is limited to 50 patrons; registration is required.
