HYBRID (in-person or online): Resilience During Caregiving with The Caregiving Years Training Academy and Pathlights
Resilience During Caregiving
Interactive session led by Denise Brown, founder of The Caregiving Years Training Academy, in cooperation with Pathlights
Resilience is energy; we need to take care of that energy in order to bounce back from our challenging circumstances. During a personal caregiving experience, we may not have that kind of energy because the demands of our day exhaust us. In this workshop, we take a closer look at what drains us during our caregiving experience and discuss ways to find and keep our energy.
Denise Brown, a leader in family caregiver training and an advocate for self-care during caregiving, will lead this interactive program via Zoom. Participants can participate individually via Zoom or in-person at the Oak Lawn Public Library. A Pathlights representative will be at the library to facilitate the presentation and provide follow-up information.
If attending in person, please register using the form below.
Those participating remotely must register in advance to receive the Zoom link. Please register for virtual attendance here: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZAodOqrrT4vGtKTQRiZq_KNS3SH4sSSPtfS
