Safety Awareness Training
Staying safe in an ever-changing world
Oak Lawn Chamber members JMD Defense and JenCare invite you to learn self-defense techniques and develop a good sense of your surroundings to help ensure your safety in everyday life. You'll learn tips and techniques that will keep you alert and prevent you from being vulnerable, whether you're at work, home or even at the store. Please dress comfortably as this class will require some movement. Participation is optional.
