HYBRID (in-person or online): Managing Multiple Medications with Hibernian Home Care
Many people are prescribed multiple medications, a term known as polypharmacy. This presentation will cover what questions to ask the doctor when new medications are prescribed and how to take your medications for the best results. The program will be presented by Mary Murphy, RN, BSN, Agency Manager of Hibernian Home Care.
