NOTICE: Meeting rooms will open to the public beginning Sunday, Oct. 3. Please note that the 7-day booking window is still in effect — your Oct. 3 reservation will not be available until Oct. 10 (7 days after). The Library encourages social distancing in the meeting rooms, but patrons are responsible for ensuring health and safety at their meetings.
OLPL has four Lower Level Meeting Rooms available during regular Library hours. Each room must be booked 7 days in advance of each meeting, but no more than 60 days in advance. Each organization can reserve a room four times in 30 days. Each meeting room has one room set-up, and each room has Wi-Fi and AV equipment (screen and projector). Microphones and podiums are also available.
Reservations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis within three (3) business days of submitting a request. An e-mail address is required. Meeting rooms are free to Oak Lawn residents and Oak Lawn based organizations. The non-resident fee is $50 per room use. Checks (made payable to Oak Lawn Public Library) are due within 7 days of submitting of each room request.
